葛萊美第54屆入圍名單公佈表演晚會(Grammy Nominations Concert Live)稍早於LA Nokia Theatre舉行， Lady Gaga作為開場以及閉幕的表演嘉賓，分別表演了Marry The Night和You And I， 在會前她更在推特上面開心的說她非常興奮可以擔任這項重任 並也很期待和Sugarland兩人的合作。 本次入圍名單公佈由Kanye West帶頭入圍最多大獎，一共入圍了七項大獎， Foo Fighters、Adele、Bruno Mars入圍六項居次、 Lil Wayne、新人Skrillex入圍五項、 Nicki Minaj、Mumford & Sons、Rihanna入圍四項， Lady Gaga方面則是入圍三項大獎。 本屆葛萊美獎將原本的109項大獎減縮為78項獎項，將一些較冷門的類別刪除之外 像是流行音樂、R&B音樂和鄉村音樂方面則不再另外區分為男女歌手的類別， 不過還是有78項之多，不知道以後會不會繼續濃縮。 以下節錄重點入圍名單(完整名單請看grammy官網)： Record of the Year Adele, ‘Rolling in the Deep’ Bon Iver, ‘Holocene’ Bruno Mars, ‘Grenade’ Mumford & Sons, ‘The Cave’ Katy Perry, ‘Firework’ Song of the Year Kanye West, ‘All of the Lights’ Feat.
